Liam coaches and advises archers of all abilities from all over the UK. Coaching sessions can be booked for individuals (approx three hours) and for groups of 3-6 archers (full day or weekend).
Coaching sessions are tailored to the requirements of each archer, areas of which can include the following.
- Shooting Form: Including body positioning and shot execution.
- Bow Setup: Setting correct draw length, cam timing, nocking points, launcher positioning, testing arrow flight, stabilisation, release aid setup, sight setup and tournament preparation.
- Mental Approaches to Shooting: How to use this to achieve your goals, practice methods and tournament preparation.
- Technical Advising: Working with your team/squad on bow setup.
Liam is also available for informative seminars, which can be booked for three hours duration with a Q&A session to finish.
